What is up guys it's Andy Priscilla and this is the show for the real and sacred by the lies the thickness and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality guys today. We have a special episode. Now I know I normally come on here and say oh we've got episodes within the episode but we also have episodes within the episode within the episode okay and today some of you might have guessed because you clicked on the link. We have a 75 hard versus episode. For those of you that don't know I am the creator of the live hard program 75 hard is the first phase of that program. If you haven't heard of it I don't know where you've been because it's probably the most popular mental toughness program that's ever existed in the history of humanity and it's everywhere. So what we do on these episodes is we interview people who have had success who have valuable things to offer when it comes to the program and that's what we do. So normally when you tune in you'll have a number of different episodes or episodes within the episode okay. We have Q and AF that's where you can submit the questions and we do the answers we have CTI that's where we cruise the internet and we talk about what's going on in the world we talk about what the problems are we speculate and we talk about how we could be a solution to those problems. Then we have real talk. Real talk is five to twenty minutes of me just giving you guys some real talk and then we have full length and full length is where you know we have guests come in the show and we sit down and we have a conversation. We do have this thing on the show we call the fee. The fee is if you get value out of the show which I guarantee you're going to get value out of this episode please share the show. That's all we ask. We don't want to ask for the show we don't want to ask on the show. You won't hear me reading a bunch of things given to me by someone who's paying me money to say them I don't do that I keep it authentic and real with you guys that's why it's called real AF. So the show brings you value please pay the fee. Now I've got a special guest here a guy I've been friends with for quite a few years we actually became friends through 75 hard Mr. Nick Salvatore what's happening bro. Not much man thank you for having me. Yeah it's great to have you here. Now you're not just Nick isn't just a sky who's done 75 hard. He helps run and is the main guy that runs the Facebook group the official Facebook Facebook book okay that's what we're going to call it today. Run the Facebook book of 75 hard and has really helped navigate the entire help bring clarity to the entire program for lots of lots of people. So I wanted to get you on a day bro to talk about your personal journey what's 70 how you found 75 hard what what it means to you etc etc etc and then also we'll get into the group and then also you know some of the things where people get off track or confused but sure they address those at scale. But it's good to have you here bro. Yeah dude this is you know I came in and kind of came in on a whirlwind. Haven't gotten a chance to take the the nickel tour yet. I'm looking forward to it. Amazing as it stands. And look man it's it's an honor you know you and I have been connected for a good while now and and so for me just want to try to help some people. Yeah and and and you know this is such a great cause and it's such a great tool for people and every aspect of their life that you know I think the ability to be able to help some of those people today through this not only as they listen to it when it comes out but in the future when they find it. You know hopefully we can kind of rubber stamp this thing and use it as a a little bit of a a point to tool for for future people as well. Yeah for sure bro. I mean you now if I remember right you jumped in right at the beginning I think when I was doing it I'm very at the very beginning. Nope. So I started I started probably about six months after you started. Okay so where you're probably thinking about that is so for me. I basically my journey towards kind of where I am now and as we move forward started end of 2018 early 2019 before you started talking about the program. Okay. You started talking about the program where I think the original podcast was February and 19 and so I was already kind of on this personal betterment like personal development path on the mental side. But dude I was I was a tub of shit you know I was like 375 pounds. You're a big dude. How tall are you? Six five. Yeah. So and former athlete you're you've been an athlete your whole life. Yep all my life and and and look you know I was just it was it was you know oh you know you're a big guy but you carry it well and yada yada yada so. But yeah I kind of reached a point at the end of 2018 2019 where I I caught a reflection myself washing one of my cars in the mirror or in the window of the driver's side and dude I was I was fat I was descended I never sure done and I was like that can't be me. Yeah it was it was it was like it was like I've never in my life been clinically like diagnosed with depression or anything like that but I mean I felt that way and I was at a point in my life where I was like there's got to be more than this and that started that personal betterment journey but again that was a couple months before 75 75 started quite frankly like a lot of other people look at it like man that's that's heavy that's a lot and so what I what I got to is like when you talked about it because I consumed your content for years prior on MFCO my work as a managing director for our global investment bank I was listening for entrepreneur skills I was listening for all of those things and so when I heard you talk about so I knew I needed to do it and so for me I was kind of in that process of migration process of getting towards it so I eventually started it you know early that summer and then the way you and I originally connected formally was when my before after pictures it was like 70 or 61 pounds the first go around yeah got down into the low 300s that hashtag kind of went viral right that you were real active on you reached out you're like bro that's awesome and then we just picked it up and obviously we have a lot of commonalities beyond that cars cars watches houses I mean good shit right stuff from the MFCO project that that you know you go out and crush it that you love but yeah that's cool man so let's talk about this dude so you're you're at this place of all time dissatisfaction yep fair to say yeah and you hear about the program and you're like all right I know I need this I need to go talk about the program the first time you went through it because you've been through a few different times yeah so and like what's there you know like we're trying to remember as someone who never did it yeah you know well let's start here and that is there was no app when I did it that's right we'll start with that yeah my living in Texas at the time I had a big roll of pink butcher paper that we used to to wrap briskets in and I tore off a big piece of it and I hung it up in my kitchen and I got my ass out of Sharpie and I wrote down W01 W02 W B P right and for those of you right work out one work out to water photo right food etc and just cross them off each day and it was and it literally got to the point where I was put in piece of butcher paper on top of butcher paper but for me you know mine mine initially everything was outside got an 80 pound weighted best and what I did was is that I started my workouts and initially I started with nothing and as I lost weight I added that back on with the best and so eventually I got to the end of it there where I was having the cops called in my neighborhood because I look like a mad man walking around with what they lost right dude I had cops coming up to me they're like you know people would call in shit because I'd be walking roads and and and they'd be like who the who the fuck is this psycho that's walking right you know in Texas 95 degrees right yeah so I started there but it's funny dude because it's funny that you say that because I remember that back in those days it's fun it like it actually show it's a testament to the cultural power of the program yep because that was common when we when everybody first started doing 75 hard yep I heard that story all the time that shit doesn't happen the same way anymore I think people are starting to figure out oh no that guy's just out there doing something dude it was it was it was what it was but getting to your original question the thing that I loved about it I loved working out I loved finding the worst weather possible to work out into we didn't have snow of course there but you know tropical storms down there hurricanes you know because the thing that got me that got me going was knowing that I was out there doing something when nobody else was willing to put in the time in the effort yeah bro and so so I did that look man it's fucking hard it's hard it sucks it's designed to suck it's supposed to suck all the all the different phases of the process that you talk about in terms of when you feel like you're on top of the mountain when you first start versus getting your shit kicked in like three weeks in then you hit that cruise control point then you're in that no man's land where your body's destroyed like they 50 or 60 yeah and then you kind of get that finish line interview and then the the I think the biggest thing for the people that do it the first time and I see it over and over again is this feeling of loss that happens the final couple of days where people don't realize that that they they realize they're getting better they realize the commitment that they've made to themselves they realize that they are they're they're receiving the the and they actually legitimately feel for themselves for the first time the grit and the determination the self-worth and the fortitude and the conviction that they're doing tough shit and they don't want to regress and so they get this feeling of loss and people talk about it on the group all the time like how do you deal with it I'm like you keep going yeah because the very point the very next day because I went straight into phase one when 105 I did too but here's the thing if on day 76 you wake up and you do all the same shit not because Andy Fersell is pissed off on you on a fucking app but you do it for your fucking self for the very first time ever that immediately is gone yeah those concerns and all of a sudden in that moment you step in to what you now actually are it's it's the anticipation of the loss of the structure and the guide framework right and we don't really ever know how disciplined we are until we don't have that framework and so people say this to me all the time they're like well dude I just want to stay on the program all the time but that's not the point the point is over the course of a year you're going to do 75 days which is going to recondition you to think and feel and see yourself differently and then over the course of the rest of the year you're going to have three 30 day runs that help tune you up to that they help make you a little better a lot of people are confused about the the break between phase one and phase two right they're like why is there a break why can't we just do them together because you don't know if it's working until you're not on the program and you're supposed to test yourself with that but dude I love that man you know the first time I did the program the the first three weeks the one thing I remember the most is how bad my fucking feed her like holy shit yeah is it it was it you know I was I will say this praise God that you know being the height and the weight that I was that I never ever ever have been I've ever had to deal with hip or knee or ankle issues I'm very thankful for that but your feet get destroyed dude yeah and and especially I mean as you get more active it becomes easy like like now when I do the program my feet don't hurt yeah but you get used to it but I mean dude I had like you know long time ago now but shin splints that were so horrible you could barely walk and somebody was like how do you get past them like here's the thing right you're just gonna have to keep going yeah that's only because all of a sudden one day you're working and they're not there anymore yeah you're gonna destroy a pair of shoes each round yeah you know you're gonna you're gonna you're gonna you're gonna become a fucking professional at laundry yeah you know you're all of those things and and you're gonna get you're gonna get so structured and regimented and there's so many people that look at this how am I gonna add in all of these things look you know all of a sudden you start doing that stuff and it makes you stop doing some of the other bullshit that you're doing you'll realize you you'll actually I can make the argument that you actually gain time in your life by doing this just from a structure standpoint to get shit done but I think that's a commonality I hear that from almost everybody is doing the program correctly yeah they're like bro I didn't realize how much time I had it's like yeah because you're wasting on dumb shit yeah you're fucking off half the time yeah yeah so let's talk about the mental progress I mean obviously you lost what did you say 61 pounds well the first round yeah 61 pounds the first time that's tremendous I mean I'm sure you felt great but let's talk more about the mental because a lot of people get this confused they think it's a weight loss thing they don't really still understand it yep let's talk about that yeah how was that for you so let me see here try not to go too long winded on it but you know growing up right growing up in the Northeast in New York Italian family I was somebody that earlier in my life lived for the affirmations of those around me in my relationships in my familial life those things you know every Sunday night was family dinner and I very rarely spent time to myself because quite frankly in hindsight I didn't like who I was and I didn't like the company for me I was you know I was at that point at the end of 2018 I was at that point at the end of 2018 I was my work was good but it wasn't great my relationship was dog shit and you know perfectly candidly I wasn't pulling my own weight I was in a position where I put everyone and everything else in front of me right porn from an empty cup that's what I was doing and so for me the process of all the sudden what this program yields and then truly believing those things for yourself the way that that twists the optics about what's important to you what you tolerate what works for you what doesn't what you need from other people what you don't what you now have within yourself versus thinking somebody else is supposed to fulfill that that totally changes and the way I look at 75 is very simple 75 is not going to fix 20 30 years of fucking up in 75 days here's what it will do it will basically give you two to three years of on and off progress in 75 days and what it will do is it will give you the tool that you need when your shit get sideways to get it right back but for me what it resulted in that's a good point because one of the biggest things that happens to people I just keep hold I thought I want to point this out one of the reasons that people struggle over the course of their life is because they don't know how to get back on track when they get off track and if you can shrink the amount of time that you're off track when you do fall off track and you do the math that saves you years if you really think about it because you're old enough to know because we're roughly the same age I'm a little bit older as we discussed yes we'll we know that those times when we've been off the path they last for years they don't last for months they don't last for weeks they last for years and one of the most important things that I think a person can learn to do is to self-assess when they are off track as quickly as possible and know what to do to get back on track and I think that's an important point that doesn't get enough light in terms of how the program works for people yeah dude it's course correcting right it's quickly it's quickly it's it's it's you know it goes back to win the day it goes back to all those things like look you know life isn't perfect there's fucking storms I mean there's a reason that there is an outside workout component to this program irrespective of the weather to face that it's literally what that's designed for but look life is not going to be perfect the program dictates that you be so for 75 days and then 30 days and three segments but to that end whether you journal whether you put your paper or whatever that is if you go back through and you've got twenty nine W's in two L's in a fucking month you kick that's that yeah that's a fucking win bro right the problem even a win that's a fucking diamond means that's right if the problem is is that we're in this society right where somebody does something you and I talked about this a while back somebody does something I think with Schwarzenegger that was talking about body change and composition or anything else how long you have to do it for before you see change that's right what he said was and you and I talked about this this is Arnold said and this is a very powerful quote stuck with me my whole life and I read it when I was about 25 years old he said it takes your body roughly five to six weeks to adjust to the new activities that you're putting it through and most people quit before then and after that point in time the results accelerate tremendously and I found that to be factually true it doesn't matter what it is it doesn't matter if it's physically it could be mentally in this case it's just like believing your own shit yeah most people quit before the shit ever happens bro and so how many of you guys out there listening right now have legitimately and I mean legitimately giving it you're all past a six week point in your entire life right like a lot of people there's do 75 hard they're like well fuck yeah I got that's where the magic happens but you don't know that when you've never done it yeah look people people that have people the reason 75 hard works very very if you like dumb this down to the most elemental basic level the reality is is that very very very very few people have ever been with 100 percent discipline for ten and a half straight weeks yeah they never ever ever have well most people never done it for one year correct right because when you talk about you know you you have you know a long story history of the culture got fucked okay and it got fucked with the idea okay I'm gonna say this and it's it's not a dig okay but around the lot around the late 90s people started believing that they had to have cheat days and cheat meals and shit okay and diet culture got really fucked up with that because what it did was it trained people to only go long enough to produce the result but not ever go long enough to actually ingrained the habit into you of eating healthy and that's why you have so many people that get in shape broader shape get in shape broader shape and people will say and like dude we hear it all the time right 75 days without a cheat day or achievement like bro yeah that's what it fucking takes to engrain that lifestyle into you that's what it takes the the idea and if you really break it down and think about a cheat meal in a cheat day because for me it was always a day yeah of course a meal was like you had super discipline right like I did dude look up until I did the program I couldn't go six days without a cheat day for sure you know and I'm being real about that you have to understand the behavior thought process behind that if you know people say oh I need it no you don't fucking need it that's that's a fucking physiological untruth all right you go six days and your work there's a couple things here in play six days where you're working your ass off and in the whole time you're doing the six days you're focused on the seventh day because you could do whatever you want correct all right so if you're working for that seventh day instead of just to continue to get better you're never actually breaking the psychological pattern of of over feeding or overeating or or using food addiction deal with things or any of these things no because all you're doing is is toughing out or gridding out six days until that break and that's not how we should be looking at it as we're trying to correct the thought process behind our need for these foods that are not good for us that don't serve us that really make us feel like shit after we eat them and all these things so there's a psychological thought process that you have to understand for you to really comprehend why you shouldn't do a cheat day for 75 days and then what it is is it's just like if I were to ask you let's say you were addicted to heroin and I said Nick I broke here's the deal give me six good days about heroin I need someone to send sure and here's the thing how do I ever break you of that addiction right can't and here's the other thing yeah is that like and look going back to a diet standpoint I want to get on to the mental but here's the thing I don't know about the people listening I know for you for sure because we've talked about it like I promise you even if this was a good idea I promise you what I can do in one day on that cheat day I can undo the prior set absolutely promise you that but but look I think that that's the reason that this that this whole thing works and in going back to your original question about the mental where culminated for me was being in a space and being in a position where I could genuinely sit down because wait here's the thing when I did stuff real talk back before all this I had lost 80 pounds gained it back lost 60 pounds gained it back lost it right all of those things and and what always confused me about myself was the fact that people always talk about oh man you got to do it until you see the results and then that's gonna make you double down and go harder for me I was fucked because I was the opposite way I worked until somebody said man you're looking good and then I stopped yeah and I'm like what the fuck is that all about and so what I did is what I what I did when I did 75 going back to the mentality part I literally turned off the world I basically developed a way to monitor my own progress incognito mode out to the world which is kind of where some of that stuff started but I didn't tell family I didn't tell I didn't tell anybody but I stopped showing up to everything I stopped showing up to the Sunday dinners I stopped try to try to be an Italian family where all of a sudden you don't come over anymore on Sunday night the fuck's going on yeah and all of a sudden you did it and then all of a sudden you show back up three months later four months later three and a half months later and they haven't seen you and then they do they're like initially it's like what do you do and you should do that there's no need for it they don't know what you're doing and then they seem like what the fuck yeah and then you lead by example I I today I think I think she's been surpassed now but my 70 year old mother did the program fucking killed it yeah all of those things that are out there but we're culminated crazily enough to me at a point was like October November in 19 I was sitting down with some people that really mattered their opinions mattered to me and they were talking to me this is their first time seeing me since I had done everything and they're like like you know what you do all these things I talked to them and the craziest moment in that whole thing one of the most profound moments in my life was looking at my father who whose opinion I put above reproach in everything and I looked right at him respectfully and he knew this but I said I don't give a fuck what you think about me and that moment and here's the thing right in that moment you say oh that's disrespectful whatever you just looked at me with this shit eating grand yeah realizing yeah that's what it was about and so that is getting to that point mentally and then realizing you have that tool in your bag to double down you know like for example for the last 30 days I haven't been able to do shit I've got this cornyated issue in my L5 and my lower back that's basically caused complete weakness in my left leg feels like my fucking left legs asleep half the time so couldn't do cardio all this stuff so it's like fucking spinal decompression foam rolling stretching but now guess what about ready to get back to it know exactly what I need yeah and you know more importantly than knowing what you need to do you know you have the capacity to actually do it correct and that's the point the point is most people have never stuck things out long enough to actually believe in their own abilities to do things I just did a post about this today you might have saw it on my Instagram on my story I made a post regarding talking about like these people that you admire they don't have things that you don't have they don't have superpowers some of them I make you believe that they have superpowers but they don't the only difference between you and them is they've done enough work to uncover their own belief in themselves and their ability to do the work to where they could do it with no problem where you still doubt that you can actually do it and if you would just push yourself even a little bit for 75 days it would change your whole perspective around what you're actually able to do because dude you and I are both naturally big ass fat dudes yep okay like rap leads but like we're not doing shit we get fat sure okay I never ever ever ever and this is the truth the first time I did 75 hard dude I didn't I didn't know if I could fucking do it yeah but I put it out on a public on the podcast I said I'm fucking doing it and and dude one thing about me is like if I say I'm gonna do some republic I will fucking eat bowls of glass to get it done yep just like I'm gonna whip everybody's ass and this transformation challenge we got going on right now just let you guys know you better fucking bring it cuz I'm bringing it all right but real talk like if I say something I'm gonna at least do my best to back it up even if I fail because I don't like being embarrassed in that way right and what it does man is it gives you the belief that you have this power within you man and like that then translates to literally every other area that translates to your relationship it translates to your business yep it translates to you know how you look at yourself and that's a powerful thing because most of us before we discover the stability about ourselves we look at other people and we think fuck dude why why don't I have that why don't I have this why is that person so much better at me than this and then after completing the program it made sense to me like it was just they're doing things I'm not doing so it brings in focus actual reality of the situation and the actual reality of life whether you want to admit this to yourself right now or not it will eventually be known to be true to you because it is a fundamental truth of the world it is inputs and fucking outputs it's action and reaction it is to plus two equals mother fucking four and that is it and so if you're in a place right now where you doubt yourself and you say man I don't know if I could do this or I don't know if I could do that the whole reason that you doubt yourself is because you never actually really fucking try that's the truth dude you know yeah you know you know you you you know if you're if you're listening to this whether it's on audio whether it's on YouTube because I know you know I've heard you say like the YouTube crowd it doesn't seem like the audio crowd is turning the YouTube but it seems like the YouTube is a brand new crowd so there's a lot of people look kind of for exactly how it works for shadowing kind of our group conversation in a bit dude probably a third of the 31,000 people in that group have no idea who the fuck you are yeah good and so and but but to that end right being in a position where if you're listening to this if you found this right for me when you talked about that in February of 2019 I knew yeah I knew you know okay there there's there is no and here's the other thing right you just kind of alluded to you weren't sure if you were going to be successful when you first started doing it you knew you were going to be successful because you put your name and you attached yourself to something out there and you knew you weren't going to fail and so the point is the way you succeed on this program because this program is going to confirm who you are you're either going to either way either way yeah because here's the problem right couple things here's a couple truths that happen with this number one the people that do this program decide that there is they're doing it no matter what in the boats zero options mentality they're doing it anybody I'm going to try your fucked yeah you're going to fail not going to happen bro not only that those people then compound their own self doubt because they don't commit properly from the beginning and then on top of that the people that don't succeed you're going to get the confirmation either way whether you can do it or you can't because then here's the problem right you you've talked about this before not often but the dark part of this program is is that if you do it half-assed and you don't succeed then it's just confirming all of the bullshit that you already feel about yourself and you're fucked so to that end you have to commit zero options okay number one and then here's the other thing and people don't talk about this at all and this is create is as hard as this is right it's the easiest the very first time yeah and the reason why is is because when you have that commitment to yourself for whatever reason I tell people it could be to yourself it could be for whatever reason but that there's going to be a part of that first time where you're convincing yourself that you can do it yeah you got something to prove that first time in the second time you know you've done it the second time it's it's the it's the cheat day idea of I worked out for six days I deserve it and then the second time it's it's bringing up a very interesting point I've done this before I know I can do it so I don't know people so that's the evolution of the fucking bitch voice birth so that's something that nobody talks about we haven't even talked about it on the show you're bit your bitch voice evolved correct okay the first 75 days your bitch voices fuck I'm sore man I don't want to eat the same thing again man I wish I could do this and but you get to the end and you're like fuck I'm proud of myself and you start to realize and discover the things that we just talk about that you discover but the bitch voice you think you conquered it right and like for those of you that don't know what the bitch voice and the boss voice is the bitch voice is the voice that when you get home from a long day of work and you know that you should get out and do your cardio or go hit the weights or whatever it is you're doing and you sit that on the couch and it says Andy bro you worked really hard today man you know you're pretty wealthy guy you don't you don't have to do this man let's just at tomorrow we'll fucking get after it you know what tonight tonight you should actually get a pizza man and like you know that and tomorrow we'll start fresh we got a fresh slate that's your fucking bitch voice yep and that voice sabotages your entire existence as a human on this planet unless you learn to suppress it but the tricky thing about a bitch voice that really fucks people up is that when they think they've smashed it it creeps in in different ways yep and the way that it creeps in in the second point like the second time you go through 75 hard or live hard right because some people only do 75 right and other people do live hard I do live hard most people do live hard but the the way it creeps in the second time because after you've established that you've done it you're like oh shit I've done this bro like uh-huh this doesn't really like look man you know you can do it yep like you know you can do it like it doesn't really you know this one outdoor workout nobody will know yep nobody will know that you know it's raining it's 37 degrees nobody will know right you know or like dude here and where we get you know I was out there doing it minus 27 this year you know nobody will fucking know bro like I'll just walk outside and stand in the snow and take a fucking picture and it'd be all good nobody will know and that's how the bitch voice really gets you and so the awareness that's created around our internal dialogue I believe is the fucking most powerful part of the program because if you can learn to navigate these these two voices which we all have um one you know it's like the little like in the cartoons man like the little devils on one side little angels on the other side the devil's telling you all the bad shit the angels telling you all the good shit well you have to learn which one you're going to listen to because we all have them and just having the awareness of how those voices show up is extremely powerful one of one of the things I like that you said was that it's easiest the first time because you're almost ignorant for the other ways that this thing can sneak in and so you know it's always cool to talk to people who have done it multiple times because they understand what we're talking about now they're like fuck dude and every time you do it you actually get better and better and better you get better and better in the challenges that that bitch voice it evolves as you evolve yeah and it's going to find different ways different weak spots yeah different different versions of it um but it evolves and and and look you know it is a it is a um a perishable trait it's a perishable skill um that what what you get what this program yields it's up to you to stay on top of it um you know you talk about hey like you're out in the warehouse why do you pick up that sticker off the floor right I do it because if I walk past that fucking sticker then that is the first domino towards other dominoes yeah then I'm giving power to my visuals right I'm taking I'm taking a unit out of my discipline by walking past that thing and when you start to visualize and understand that your discipline like if you play video games it'd be like if you're playing John Madden football right and it has discipline or you know speed 99 strength 99 agility 99 well discipline is in there for us too right and most of our discipline score as normal human beings it's pretty fucking low because the standard of living with discipline is non-existence it's not it's not celebrated bro like look in the world like we're having 400 pound people being promoted as healthy right uh or beautiful and that do beauty is not even up for discussion we're talking about just health but the point is it's shoved it's dude being a fit discipline human 20 years ago was like the status symbol of everything and then for the last 20 years we started to celebrate degeneracy and all these different things through our culture and so when you start out on this program and you're building the discipline that other people don't have they're gonna automatically think it's weird they're gonna see it as like what are you doing why are you doing that and because of that people don't desire it they don't value it right they don't think about it right right they don't think about it like this is an attribute or a skill that I must develop most people and this is how I looked at it like dude I don't you know we all have these friends right they walk around they're lean they're in good shape they're buff they're fucking yoked all the time and you're like what the fuck bro but then if you like actually look at their how they live every single time they live very consistently and one way or the other that produces that result okay like a lot of you guys are like well I got this one friend he drinks all the time yeah he might drink all the time but does he train does he eat within his calorie range does you do this and this and this and so we don't like we don't think of it as when I'm talking about discipline we don't think of it as something that we can acquire or build so look at it look at it this way right um 75 hardest a program of consistency right you need motivation to start and then you need consistency to bring you through right um but here's the thing guys right is that if you choose not to do it if you choose to just live whatever life you're living that is making you sit here and think I know I need to start that's also consistency it's shitty consistency that's right it's eating the things you're not supposed to eat consuming the things you're not supposed to consume not putting in the effort consistently not showing up for your family not showing up for your kids not showing up for your work not showing it there's consistency either way yeah you're gonna get the result you're consistent the wrong things correct yeah that's that's everybody's fucking problem it drives me crazy that when you see these success people and they're like you know what the key to becoming successful is consistency most motherfuckers don't have a problem consistency they're consistently bad yep that's the problem correct and so dude let's switch gears just a little bit how how has this change affected you in other areas of your life um well because you were a successful guy before when I met you before before just kind of like me like you were very successful guy before you did the program right so what how has that this affected you in that regard it's it's just it's just taking everything and it's just leveled it up considerably you know there's there's um there's levels to everything in life including whether it's success whether it's health whether it's mental positioning whether it's career whether it's relationship whatever that is um you know I was I was doing good I was doing well um but now it's you know now that's transition to to greater exceptional um you know to you know you're you position yourself your role and your responsibility is to be the best within this company that is what your role dictates mine is yielding those same results in my organization that I'm a partner um it you know I mentioned the the shit relationship that I was in at the end of 2018 um the relationship that I've now been in for uh a little over three years um the the partner you know you want to talk about relationships in terms of who you attract and what you attract in your life when you invest that um totally changes itself the relationship with some of those same people that I told you about whose opinions carried a tremendous amount of weight and gravity to me um how those have evolved that's been really interesting in terms of all the sudden like you know you go uh one of the things that happens a lot in the program my spouse or significant other doesn't support me what what do I do what do I do about what do I do well listen okay if your significant other has a problem with you becoming the best version of yourself that you can be then congratulations because you just identified a major fucking problem in your relationship and I've seen your life I've seen more relationships um flourish because of this down the road once once it's it's understood the what it what it brings I've also seen them destroyed and fall apart yeah uh but that's not necessarily a bad thing not at all because every single one of those people every single one of those people to a person um and I've seen it with thousands of people that I watch and I converse with and I interact with those people although it sucks initially every single one of them to a person after that happens will say I knew it was gonna happen yeah it needed to happen yeah it was the band-aid rip off and they were afraid to eat exactly correct they were afraid of rip I was gonna say that rip the band-aid off yep like it does it for you and it also does that with your friends yep it also shows you what friends actually care about you and want the best for you and which don't yep like and people like I sometimes you know when people criticize the program which by the way none of them ever fucking done it correct um they always say oh you know it it makes you it makes you separated from your friend bro the motherfuckers weren't your friends they weren't your friends like if people don't support you getting healthy improving your career approving your relationships moving down the path of progress in life those people whether it's your fucking husband or your fucking wife or your best fucking friend of 30 fucking years they are not your fucking friend and that's a hard that's a very hard pill for someone to swallow when you have that time invested in that relationship yeah I found myself um real talk I found myself three four years ago um basically hitting the restart button on almost all of those relationships right same for me and and so so for me um it is that transitionary phase in life we talked about it from an entrepreneurial standpoint in terms of you know on that climb uh from a career standpoint um the whole it's not lonely at the top but you're in a progression of going from kind of one room to the next one yeah and so now the people in the middle correct so now you know the the the the journey that I'm on uh the people that I roll with and that roll with me whether it's in my professional life whether it's in my personal life whether it's my friends um whether it's my you know career um that is now all aligned and so to some people um it might initially feel like a step back to take 20,000 steps forward but every single one of those people will view that and say it was a necessary needed thing it was like I'll here's what it's like how much better is your life now compared to it it's in terms of your career and but more importantly the relationships dude like I like because that's what most people bitch about right they're like oh my friends they fucking drink beer and they just know because because now it's look it's now it's people that you know I see the world the way that I see it and I'm not talking about politics I'm not talking about any of those things I'm saying you know in a healthy way what what matters right what's important and like creating boundaries creating space saying no to things saying doing those things and that they're being respect there because guess what that's something that you earn through doing this you know you weren't it not only from other people because what the conclusion but you feel it yourself yeah and then you stand for that and you're not going to accept the bullshit yeah because your tolerance meter is below zero if possible because you hear about fucking Sally or or John or whoever talking about oh my days hard it's like you have no fucking idea what hard is yeah and I'm doing it every single day and you're not I don't want to hear about your fucking excuses yeah and so you you move into that framework yeah you move into that mentality all of a sudden the MFC O doesn't sound too crazy anymore doesn't it look it's it's your excuses it's it's what look it's and and listen you can disagree with it if you want to doesn't mean it's not true yeah you can fucking have a problem with it all it's like it's like men or women or what like like look you can you like I'll give you I'll give you one that you always feelings don't equate to truth you I'll give you one that you use all the time and that is we can go up to the top of this fucking building jump off of it yeah and you can tell me that gravity doesn't exist yeah we're gonna fucking find out real quick yeah and that that's the reality of life though bro like they're one of the things that you know not to get off the subject but this is related one of the things that that culturally where we are especially as Americans in other places that may be a little bit different we have gotten to this point where we believe that love is unconditional positive feelings towards something and that's not the truth love is actually wanting the best for someone and telling them the information that is going to help them get to that point where they can be their best that's real love dude those heart conversations that you have to have especially by the way with yourself yep that's fucking self love self love is not sitting in a fucking bubble bath eating fucking Doritos at 400 fucking pounds flossing out the fucking goo between your fucking jelly rolls that's not fucking self love bro self love is not proclaiming to the world how beautiful you are when you haven't put any effort into yourself other than stuffing your face with big max for the last fucking 10 years like bro the whole idea of what truth is has been convoluted and lost and been replaced with how people perceive the truth or feel about the truth and the reality that we continue to live in which is not going to change is that we live in a reality with hard truths about life one of the hard truths about life is that you are going to get out of it exactly what you put into it and there's nothing that you can do there's nobody to write a letter to there's nobody to complain to there's nobody to fucking change it like it's that way and we as humans who want the best for ourselves we have to come to terms with the reality that there is a reality and that's something that we've lost in culture and society and one of the things I'm most proud of about the program is that this program helps people who were fundamentally have a hard time seeing what reality actually is and the things the way things really work it brings it in focus for them you know they start to understand like okay well what I put in my body actually does produce a result the activity I do that produces a result what I put in my brain that produces a result holy shit you mean that if I just do these things my life can look completely different and dude how powerful is that to someone who spent their whole life being powerless yeah it's it's um look it'll it's something that I'll change your life and and and I think um you know speaking of relationships yeah you you uh you you actually met your significant other through the program yeah yeah so my fiance you know we got we got engaged in uh December and uh yeah she uh congrats yeah she's drinking water when you said that thank you uh she uh she slid in the dms yeah yeah is the way is the way is the way is felt yeah exactly no um no actually no it's that silver fox sheet you got going on bro thank you I appreciate that um so no what what ended up happening with that is is um she was um she was actually probably about three weeks before me on the program okay and uh full full clarity I wasn't nice and felt I was still a tuba I was still a tub of shit uh at that point but um we were both on the same path yeah uh towards towards personal betterment yeah and um and so uh yeah her and I her and I connected through there and um you know we're we're probably friends for two three four months and then it just gradually transitioned from there but yeah no I it's interesting how mutual respect will foster a healthy relationship dude and and like I said the the relationship component of that the communication the understanding the respect um the candor the integrity um all of those things for people look people there's no there's no rocket science here people know in their heart whether they have that or don't in things like that in their relationship and the dichotomy between the prior relationship that I had been in versus something like that I mean dude it's it's night and day yeah it's night and day but but the thing is is that you're worthy of it at that point yeah and and the other person is also worthy of it and that you see that quality and those values and things in that individual and and look not not you know uh not every not every relationship automatically just works or things like that but when when you find those how you view life how you view the world how you interact from a familial standpoint what matters to you what's important what you prioritize how that parlays into your career and your family dynamic how you support each other having that with somebody else that views life in the world the same way right uh the propeller versus anchor you got to have it dude it's it changes everything you got it's dude it's not even uh it's not listen it's not even an optional piece of equipment bro like if you're gonna have a fucking boat you gotta have a fucking propeller not an anchor or you ain't going anywhere well and I can tell you this too you want to talk about like from a career standpoint yeah um you know what you got you just recently had some big big big moves in your career yeah man yeah look yeah we yeah I mean not to get too much into it but yeah I kind of you know positioned myself now within the the corporate hierarchy of our investment bank to really kind of handle all of you know what we consider major transactions for north america for us I mean we're the I mean look at listen he's not gonna brag but I could tell you like it's a big deal and it's a big deal by my standard it's a big deal yeah it's a big deal and I appreciate that it's it's but but my point is is that that how I couldn't do what I do in my career without um I could do it without a relationship but if I'm in a relationship I couldn't do what I do in my career without that person showing up the way they do for me in that relationship and I would argue you would probably say the exact same thing about yours and so it's impossible to level up without it because because in my prior relationship I had an anchor yeah I did not have a propeller and listen full clarity and in transparency here right was that person a piece of shit yeah she was a piece of shit but you know what you know what I was also a piece of shit yeah and I wasn't worthy of anything better than that either and I got out of it what I did and now I'm getting out of it what I deserved to yeah in that regard and so it levels up I think what we're getting at here is it doesn't matter if it's your relationship doesn't matter if it's your career doesn't matter if it's your family doesn't matter if it's your corporate world work doesn't matter what it is this this tool this program um will level you up in every single part of your life it does not touch one singular part of it yeah that's why everybody gets so pissed off when people call it a fitness program yeah it's not a fitness program it's not a fucking challenge oh you know it's not yes it's only the motherfuckers that haven't done it that talk about it that correct that say oh this is not an optimal fitness program no shit bro I say that every time I fucking did the show there's there's easier ways to fucking lose weight correct it's not called 75 easy as fuck like it's hard like it's supposed to be hard well like and it gets to the point where I'll give you I'll give you a perfect example right one of the things that I'll deal with in the broader groups yeah somebody will come in and they'll be like they'll say um you know how much time should be between your workouts and the book recommends two and a half to three hours and somebody's like okay is it is it two and a half hours or is it three hours is it before the end of the last exercise is it at the start of that time and I'm like listen let me let me I'm like Andy isn't here yeah so let me fucking help you yeah okay let me tell you the reason for the time between the exercises let me tell you why there's no hard fast rule let me tell you all of these things all right otherwise I'm gonna fucking get rid of you yeah but it's it's very simple okay here's the point here for everybody that is eternally listening to this moving forward here's the fucking purpose the purpose is this listen up okay how long does it take after your first workout before your second workout to say I don't want to fucking do this I've cooled down I've I it's my shoes are off I don't want to fucking do this and when you're at the point where you're like I don't want to go fucking do another one you're ready for your second one there you go that it's designed to be disruptive correct like dude I cannot stand you motherfuckers that try to make it easier like bro and by the way 75 whatever the fuck you say after that doesn't exist that's not a real thing and you'll get you sued too by the way just so you're aware yes 75 hard is a thing okay when you when you start in this dude this drives me crazy but I also understand it have empathy for it because I used to think this way right so like but it drives me insane dude and and I do feel for you because you have to fucking run the Facebook group yes but I also have empathy for the people to think this way but like okay and what I'm getting at is like when you look at things in your life and we automatically try to adjust them to make them more palatable for us or easier for us or more convenient for us to do we are training ourselves to always look for the route of least resistance and we look for the route of least resistance guess what we get we get the least reward this is the reality and of reality we were talking about a few minutes ago and so if you guys could just understand the purpose of the program and understand it's to change your perspective and your mindset and make you mentally tough and give you skills that you don't currently possess that you believe are traits that other people possess when they're actually skills that you can build grit fortitude perseverance mental toughness self-esteem confidence and some a bunch of other shit these things all work to create mental toughness this is a mental toughness program and so if you're building and you're committed to creating mental toughness within yourself you have to recognize that the pattern of making everything more convenient for yourself is actually what has gotten you to the place to need the program in the first place this is the thing that drives me insane you can the some of these people cannot see the forest through the trees here bro like you wanting them do uh you know fucking two indoor workouts are you wanting to have a cheat meal every two weeks or trying to modify this fucking program out that is yourself falling back into your old patterns that have created this life of dissatisfaction that you are pissed off about that made you want to do the program in the first place so i tell people i say look you see what i'm saying no no i do like bro like let's be aware of ourselves like let's work to be a little more aware the reason we are dissatisfied the reason we're fucking fat the reason that we we cannot finish things the reason we don't have discipline grit mental toughness fortitude perseverance all these things that i'm talking about the reason we don't have them is because we're constantly trying to adjust our environment to be easier yeah and and guess what those are the same people that most 95% of them will not even quote-unquote do the 75 days they're the same people that do it for a week or two and they got a fucking article and say no it doesn't work that's just like the diet conversation earlier you don't get it but then to that end people that are behaving that that do see it all the way through those are the exact same people that say those are the exact same people say i don't understand i didn't see the benefit of it well you just exposed yourself as a person that didn't do it the right way it's just like fucking stolen valor in the military or anything else like it's extremely obvious who's done it and who fucking hasn't dude it's it's and what's funny is the people who have done it can see the shit plainly correct like you're not fooling anybody you can fucking see it like you can fucking see it you can hear it in the language they use you can hear it in the stories they tell because dude if you've actually done the program the right way it is so perspective shifting and life-changing that it like when you hear someone say that you you're like yeah you didn't fucking do it right now it's it's it's obvious and and look it that would be like that'd be like like me and you fucking saying hey uh we're gonna get in a swimming pool right like we're with this other dude here who's gonna get in a swimming pool too okay and we get out of the fucking pool and we're so can fucking wet yep and we're looking at each other we're like yeah he fucking got the pool i definitely got the pool and this motherfucker standing next to us and he's like i got the pool too motherfucker we could see that you didn't get the pool i think what we're delving into is pretty much the entire fucking world right now as we see in this one but yeah i think look in in terms of the group i want to i want to make something very clear for the people that are there for the people that haven't there or for the people that want to go there where is the group so the group is um the group it's it's on facebook it is the uh the i believe it is called the official 75 hard group it's got your photo in the banner it's got the blue check mark there it is the only group you know 75 hard you guys got to verify huh yeah it's verified there we go 75 hard is a trademarked verified thing if you see anything else out there that exists it's going to get removed it's going to get taken down including the 75 soft yes 75 medium or 75 pussy juice like fuck dude all of it will be removed but but but here's the this is something that i do want to get across in this conversation that is this every i know it sounds very health fire and brimstone in terms of the way that the group is run but the reality is is this every single person that is out there is welcome to join that group the thing that has to be understood and conveyed and um and responded to by the people that join is they need to understand that they might go there they might never have heard of you before they might not understand the intent you are going to ask questions we're going to provide clarity whether it's me whether it's other people there we're going to do all of that stuff and if you save yourself hey i didn't know i didn't understand thank you for telling me that i'm going to course correct i'm going to pivot i'm going to get back on it great you're welcome here that's what you're supposed to do however if you fucking flap your gums right with some stupid shit and then i give you the answer or somebody else in the group gives you the answer oh well i don't understand that that doesn't that doesn't that doesn't work for me because i then fine you can fucking leave go do whatever the hell you want to keep doing it call it this yeah and you don't need to do it here yeah because because at the end of the day we're not going to allow people to dilute the program by arguing over what the fuck they don't even know what they're arguing over correct like bro you're you listen your life is a shit fucking fire look at look at your life bro it's a fucking dumpster fire and you're coming in here trying to tell a whole group of people who have committed and finished this very tough thing this would be like showing up at a fucking iron man at the finish line and being like you know uh i did the iron man too bro but i rode the bike the whole time and by the way uh you guys that did the fucking running you're stupid and you guys did the swimming you're stupid too i don't fucking get it but i did an iron man get the fuck out of here bro it's it's it's it's the point is is that i mean it's getting better bro like it's it's it's look i don't i don't want to make it sound like we're bitching a bit or or it's just you know it's been a long four years it's it's been a it's been a long four years and and look um i love all you but i i promise you i have got enough shit going on during the day yeah that when i pop in periodically like there's there's just there's just no tolerance for for the bullshit because i literally don't have the bandwidth for it and so look it's it's it's a it's a one strike process and and and that's it and so the stator has to be held dude it is and and at the end of the day um you you've asked me to do something for you um something that i believe in something that i champion something that i've lived by um and by example of and i'm not doing the group yourself or anybody else a disservice towards something that if you look at everything else we've talked about has the ability to impact and transform every single component of your life right you're not gonna step in and bastardize that and change it well this is gonna it's not gonna it's not gonna happen you look you you are not allowed to be pissed off about the results that you didn't get from the work you didn't fucking put in yeah it's that simple yeah and that either works for you or it doesn't well dude what's funny about that too is like you know we send these legal letters out to these people who do these other versions of the program they're like it's fucking different though first of all bro we all know what you're doing you're trying to jock the nuts of the most popular fucking program that's ever existed in humanity fucking internet world ever right okay secondly um that's called likelihood of confusion in legal terms okay and what that means is that people are likely to confuse a trademarked program with whatever the fuck you're trying to do which will get you sued just so we're clear because these people act like victims when they get these letters they're like oh you're such a dick no dude that's my shit and you're fucking with it and you're deluding the entire fucking reason for it so stop fucking doing it go do Weight Watchers I don't give a fuck yep now look I'm um I'm not an attorney yeah I'm an investment banker I'm not an attorney happened to be engaged to one it's soon to be married to one but no I look the the program is designed and the intention behind it is crystal clear don't overthink it right a workout to work out um 45 minutes to the best of your ability one of them's outdoors a gallon of water is for the record this is a good one because we're here 128 fluid ounces I don't know what Europe is different hold on no don't know you're not putting fucking lemon in is that collade this collade count no there's ten count no look this crystal I count does lemon count this cherries in my water count what about tequila does that count it's clear yeah well it Blanco it is but I think but but I think that I make a shirt a 75 hard shirt that says no it doesn't fucking count yeah send that to me I'll change it to my profile photo but I think look but but this gets to a broader point right which is the people that come into the program that don't know you and don't know the intent they view it as look let's call a fact a fact here most people start this because they're the tub of shit they start it for the physical purposes they get the mental out of it after the fact so here's the thing when they start it for physical purposes because they see the before and after photos I can't fucking screenshot my brain one or the other right I'm an EKG and to show you the difference so I can show you a before and after photo and they see that and that's what they want so then they talk to their dietitrisher they talk to their trainer at the gym or they talk to somebody else and they say yeah add this to this because this is better for you health wise but that's the problem and that's what you don't understand is there are easier ways to lose weight there are more efficient days guys if you're just trying to lose weight do fucking weight washers have your certain amount of points have a rest day but you know what's not going to change their mind that's right and you know what's not going to change their life your ability to fucking live within your own standard and have control of your own life wherever the fuck you go and whatever happens to you because here's the thing because you have no adherence everything else that I talked about your career your relationship your life your family your parenting ability you're anything else any decorum and anywhere else in your life you know doing weight watchers a certain way isn't going to touch that now what it could do is it could maybe help yourself confidence for sure and that could help other things but but what we're talking about here right is is something that is designed to impact collectively the rest of your life that you will always have the ability to go back to as a tool shouldn't be I mean look dude here here's what I did the same thing you did where I gain weight I lost weight a gain weight I lost weight a way that I would encourage you to think about 75 harm and the proper way to think about it when you're starting to do it is not like oh I want to get in shape it's I want to develop the power to never get out of shape ever again I want to develop the power to walk into a restaurant and order the things that I know are best for me off the menu without temptation of having to have the appetizers and the pizza and all the shit it's how do I develop the control over my existence in all areas that other people seem to have that I don't have this is what the program is supposed to do and if you address it and think about it the right way from the beginning where fuck what is it worth for me to be ultimately confident what would I pay for that what is it worth for me to have control over my actions instead of having this beer that's sitting in front of me at the at the bar to have control over me where I can't resist it now it's to the point where if I'm drinking a beer it's because I chose to drink the beer if I'm eating a pizza it's because I fucking chose to eat the pizza not because I couldn't resist the pizza how much is that worth what is that worth in your life yeah because that power is actually the key to unlocking every single area of your life because it takes you from someone who is blowing in the wind to the to the to the rhythm of circumstance whatever the circumstance must be that day or that time to someone who operates with an intent regardless of which direction the wind is blowing and that's ultimate power that's what we're that's what we're after so it's not just the weight loss it's back to what we said about the second time when you do 75 hard because you've already done it you're like fuck I'm capable of doing that and what else am I capable correct what else can I do and so like dude this this whole process of developing mental toughness is still even as popular as the program has been it's still highly misunderstood it's still highly misunderstood your mental toughness which incorporates the skills and their skills because you can acquire them a discipline grit fortitude the ability to persevere the creation of self-confidence the creation of self-esteem these things are the most powerful thing in your entire life they are the most important skill set you could possibly have there is not a more important skill set that you could possess or develop in yourself because those skill sets lead to the decisions that create your life correct and when you make those decisions the proper way because you have the skill of making the right decision not the decision that's feels good right now now your life looks completely different and a drastically short amount of time so like when you look at 75 hard if you're listening to the first time you're like fuck I want to do this don't look at it as like yes you will get in shape yes you're going to look good it's going to be fucking amazing you're gonna love it that is not that that is so little of what you gain out of it and I think that's the reason it's gone so mega viral bro like that's the reason it doesn't slow down it continues to accelerate yeah it's it's people are doing it and actually discovering that power in themselves yeah I think it was you know it's it's amazing if you go back to you know the original 75 hard podcast recording which by the way is a prerequisite that you listen to before you join this group because you're gonna be asked to answer a series of questions I don't like I don't like all the cursing I don't like all well then you ain't definitely ain't tough enough to do the fucking promo yeah like I said I tell people all the time I'm like you know why do I have to listen to him like listen the original podcast I think it was you know is a rear but it was like 42 43 minutes something like that I tell people all the time listen if you can't give me fucking 42 minutes then you sure as shit ain't given me 75 days that's okay and so so to that end um you know it's it's it's gonna be something that look the the thing that I can kind of put a period on the sentence with on this is is if you're listening to this right um I keep saying it it's such a simplistic statement but you know you know if you need to you know where you are at you know if the things that we're talking about you're lacking you know that if you're reaching to alcohol if you're reaching to drugs if you're reaching to you know um dude but let's talk about other shit other than like you know uh you know people that like you know fucking drink or stuff like that how about people that go out and buy shit that they can't fucking afford to give them temporary good feelings about them for a fucking hour yeah right like you go buy a fucking watch you go buy a fucking car and great guess what it's fucking gone and then god forbid you can't fucking support yourself financially and now you're in a hole there and now that's fucking dog shit too there there's so many things out there but the fact of the matter is is that if you're listening to this and if you look at this and you're like man I need that because that's where when when I heard it talked about you know things were going well but they could be better and the reality is is that I'm nowhere near where I'm going to end up in life and I know you talked about that all the time too when somebody says to you dude congratulations on all your success just getting started right and and so to that end to that end um this is a journey and I think that's for by the way for people that are athletes people that have historically been great at something one of the difficulties for those people is they've always looked at the scoreboard they've always looked at the clock they've always looked at whatever that is that doesn't exist here this is truly you versus you and there is no finish line and it's because you have initially see 75 days as a finish line but then all of a sudden you cross in today 76 and you're like shit there is no finish line and then it's ongoing so this is a constant process an evolution of betterment uh in every area of your life and like I said you know if you need it if you do then do it right and I'm not going to go into the whole oh if I can do it you can do what kind of thing look you're talking to two dudes right here you're talking to two dudes like this is the camera you're talking to two dudes right here that collectively were well over 700 plus pounds collectively yeah 750 pounds between between dude look and that's just weight yeah we're not even talking about the rest of it right and so if you need it there's a community there to support you will help you will support you right we're going to keep you accountable to your shit and so if you don't like being told the way it's going to be then you're either going to fucking learn and you're going to develop that muscle in your head we're going to be fucking gone yeah and that's the truth as well yeah well bro I really appreciate you making the trip up and coming on the show thank you and sharing your your respective on everything uh thanks for taking care of everybody in 75 hard group um where what's the best way for people to get in touch with you um so i wouldn't follow you yet yeah um so instagram is np salvator um that's that's the main one I use um I I don't post as far as like you know photos and shit often a lot more active in my stories and stuff like that um I think a lot of people have transitioned that way on their social at least with instagram of course the group there as well um you know you'll see me in there nicholas salvator you won't miss it just a very handsome profile picture of a man in a tuxedo it's it's it's hard to miss um but uh but you'll you'll see me in there you know maybe once a day popping in uh trying to help I'll try to support people last night when I was on the flight up from the Miami area I'll just jump in and you know I had nothing else to do but do a Q&A with some people for two and a half hours yeah what are they doing where are they at what are they you know what's going on here what's going on there clarifying a fucking cold plunge versus a shower yeah shit like that but um but both of those areas well bro thank you so much for everything you do for the community thanks for uh taking control I appreciate your friendship bro and uh congrats on the engagement
