We're working together to raise our vibration, lift our perspective, and build a positive mindset. My name is Henry and in this episode we're going to talk about how to create any energy that you desire. If you want happiness in your life, if you want abundance, joy, whatever it is that you want in this episode, we're going to talk about how you tune your mind to the positive frequency so that you can create the energy that you desire. But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep, healing, meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So you can pick a word. We love joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in and as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. Well, we're going to take another deep breath. This one is for alignment, for getting ourselves in receiving mode so that we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that positive mindset. So just imagine that you are surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's met specifically for you. You could have a certain color, certain taste, a certain smell, however you imagine it. And when you breathe the dance, going to charge you up, it's going to break down the negativity, the blocks, the weight, everything that's just been holding you back and want to exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take another deep breath in. And out. So this message is both good news and hard news to accept because with this perspective, it's saying that everything is up to you. How you feel and how you experience the world is up to you. And that can be really tough for us to accept sometimes. It's so easy to blame external circumstances for why we are the way we are, why we have trauma, why we have anxiety, why we struggle with certain things. It's so easy to look at the external. And on one hand, you might be right. You know, there may have been things that happened that caused you to be a certain way. But if you're listening to this podcast, that means you are in a state of mind where you're looking for changes. You are looking for answers to be something different. And if you're looking, and then you can switch into a stage of accepting, it gives you the power to make the change. How you experience the world is based upon the frequency in your mind. The frequency in your mind is the words, the sentences and thoughts that go through your mind. How you think and how you speak dictates how you see the world. It is the lens that allows you to see the more high frequency words you use that are related to love, the happier your perspective is, the more love you'll see in the world. Because what's within you, you will see in the world. So if you're saying things like, I love life, I'm happy to be here. Everything works out for the positive. This is an opportunity for me to grow. I can handle this. I am strong. I am powerful. I am positive. When you say phrases like that, over time, the frequency within your mind changes. And then the lens that you see the world changes as well, because those are high perspective frequencies. In a high perspective frequency separates you from self. But if you're saying things like, the world is the worst it's ever been. My mom is this, my sister is this, everything at work is bad. My boss is a jerk. I can't get a break. Everything I do goes wrong. If you have thoughts like that, you are lowering your frequency and you're seeing through a lens that is lower. And because the law of attraction, we see based upon the frequency within us. Remember, the world is not as it is. The world is as you are. That doesn't mean bad things won't happen. What it means is you can separate yourself from the attachment of the bad things. You can separate yourself from the ego and enjoy life as your inner being. Enjoy life as your true power, your soul, your spirit energy. When you're doing that, this becomes a ride, an experience where you're able to look at every situation and see everything that exists. You see the beauty of the love. You still see the hurt and pain. You see it from a perspective of love. So that's the energy you keep within you. And if something bad does happen, you still see it from the perspective of love. This is all an experience. Your energy will carry on because we know the energy cannot be destroyed. Whether it carries on as your independent consciousness or maybe it goes back into something bigger, I'm not sure. But I can say this, your body is just a part of this earth. It is not you. That's why you call it my body. It's not you. You say my hand, my feet, my head, those are yours. It's the vessel that you're experiencing this experience in. So if you want to change the world, if you want to change the experience for you, you have to start with the thoughts that are in your mind. You have to write down positive statements that you can remind yourself every single day to think the positive statement before you continue your thought process. When somebody says something to you, if you have a strong statement like, I am love and I live life with love and happiness, then when someone says something, you pause and you remind yourself, I am love, I live life and love and happiness. When somebody cuts you off on your way to work and it's going to make you late now, you remind yourself, I am love and I live life and love and happiness. When somebody does something to you that is not fair, that is mean, is hurtful, you remind yourself that I am love and I live life and love and happiness. That doesn't mean you don't handle the situations. What it does is it sets your lens on how you move forward. You see, if that same thing happens, the person cuts you off on your way to work, then you start running those thoughts in your mind. Like, that person's a jerk. I'm going to be late now. I hate this job. I hate this commute. This is terrible. I wish I worked closer to home. I wish I was remote. I wish I'd have to deal with this traffic. People are just jerks. Nobody cares about anybody. When you start running those thoughts through your mind, what do you think your energy is doing? You're not wrong to be upset because somebody cuts you off. You're not wrong to be upset because you have family members that are hard to deal with. You're not wrong to be upset because bad things happen. They do. But what experience do you want to have? It's not about being right or wrong. It's about what do you want to feel? And if you want to feel something different, you have to start thinking different. You can be of the world or you can experience the world and use it for your opportunity for growth. That's what this is. It's all an opportunity. So if you want to resonate in a low frequency, continue to think in the victim mindset. I'm not saying you're not a victim. I'm saying that type of thinking is never going to provide a positive experience. It's never going to reunite you with the low frequency because if you think that way, you're going to feel that way. So if you've been stuck in the rut of that negative thinking, it's time to make the change. It's not going to change with one day of positive thinking. You're going to have to do it day in and day out. You're going to have to prove to the universe that you do want to feel different. You're going to have to prove to yourself that you do want to feel different. It starts with the thoughts, but then the thoughts will lead to action. You see, initially, when the person cut you off on the way to work, you maybe had that anger, that frustration, your blood pressure starts to rise, you feel hot, you get upset. Right? That's your body reacting to the frequency. Over time, when it happens and you say the words, I am love and I live in love and light, maybe you give them a wave. Maybe you think to yourself, you know what? I don't know what that person's going through, but I'm sending them love. It doesn't affect me. In fact, if I didn't want to worry about this stuff, I could leave 10 minutes earlier. I have the power in this situation. When your boss does something that's aggravating, you don't have to get upset. You can say, I am love and I live in love and light. You know what? I don't know what pressures they're going through. You know what? Maybe these assignments don't align with me anymore, but I have learned so much from this job. I have learned what I like and what I don't like. And I'm going to use this opportunity to expand into something I truly desire because I know the things that I like. And I appreciate the things that happen at this job that are negative because it shows me what I do not want in my life anymore. You see, everything is based upon the lens of your thoughts. If you're not controlling your thoughts, then you are just operating hoping that everything is positive around you. And if everything is positive around you, then you might feel good. But you're really just reflecting the energy around you. If things go bad externally, then things will go bad internally because you're just in a reflective state. You are a creator. You can never stop creating. You can't. You create what it is that you observe. One of the main things we observe is our thoughts because those thoughts are frequency. They just make themselves seem like thoughts. Like that's how we digest them. That's how we see them. That's how we perceive them. But it's a representation of frequency. That's why words matter so much. The words you think and the words you say, the words you listen to is all important. You are the creator of your experience. You have the power to release the negative in your life and empower yourself with the positive. It just takes control over your mind, control over your thoughts and control over the frequency you reside in. So let's do it. Today, let's be specific on the thoughts in our mind.
