My name is Henry and in this episode, we're going to talk about how to go from down negative energy to positive abundant energy. If you were someone that's struggling, if you're hurting, if you're in pain, if you feel lost, this is going to be the episode for you because we're going to talk about how to tap into the version of you that you deserve to be. But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down, zero in. We're going to take some deep healing meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So you can pick a word, can be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again, really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. We're going to take another deep breath. This one is about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving mode so that we can receive the message that we need to receive to get us in that positive state. So just imagine that you were surrounded by the most healing, uplifting energy that's met specifically for you. It could have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, however you imagine it. And when you breathe it in, it's going to charge you up. It's going to break down the negativity, the blocks, the weight, everything that's just been holding you back. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go and take another deep breath in. And out. So my other podcast, Unlock Your Abundance, I was talking about how everything's available to you now. What that means is the money you want to achieve, the experience of things that you want to receive is available to you now, but you have to change within to be able to see and receive it. The same goes with energy, whether that's the negative, the depression, the hurt, the anxiety, all of those things, the opposite of them exists. And you can tap into them at any moment. It's just about shifting your perspective so that you can see it and receive it in your life. Everything is existing at once. This has to be true because not everybody is experiencing life as you are. If everything didn't exist at once and there was only the energy that you're in right now, everybody would be feeling the same way. But if people feel different, if people are experiencing things differently, they're able to laugh, if they're able to expand, if they're able to live life in peace, enjoy and happiness, then so can you. Their example of living is proof that it's possible. But how do you do that? How do you go from the pain, the hurts, especially if things are happening to you? You're in a difficult situation. You've been hurt. You've had trauma. You've gone through things that affected you so much. How do you make that shift? Whatever is in your mind, you will expand. You have to know that the most important thing to protect is the energy that goes in your mind. The thoughts represent that frequency. So try not to think about what's fair, what you should be thinking about, what's going on in the world, and try to only think about what it is that you desire to be. And I know that's difficult. When you're dealing with difficult situations, it's hard not to focus on it. But if you want to shift, you have to change the energy that you're operating in. And the only way to change the energy that you're operating in is to change what's going through your mind. The sentences, the thoughts, the words, all of that represent frequency. The powerful thing is that you can force thoughts into your mind. It doesn't have to be subconsciously. It doesn't have to be what's going on in the world. It doesn't have to be what's going on around you. You can input whatever thought you desire. So if you want to feel a certain thing, maybe it's joy, then you need to start talking about joy in your mind over and over and over again. You need to convince yourself that you are joy. You see joy in everything every time you experience something, you need to pause analyze the entirety of the situation and find the joy in it. Even if it's 99% bad, find the 1% of joy, of love, of forgiveness, whatever energy you need. And look at that. Magnify that. This is not putting your head in the sand. This is not avoiding things that you have to deal with. This is about controlling what's in your mind. You see, there are people that experience things that are difficult, but they focus on the good thing to help carry them through it. So you still handle the situation, but the weight in your mind is specifically focused around the good, whatever it is that you desire out of the situation. This will have a compounding effect. The more you start living your life with a purpose of focusing on the energy you desire, the more you'll start seeing it in your life. I know that you have to know at least one person that it seems like no matter what is going on, no matter how difficult their life is, no matter how much pain, hurt, or suffering they go through, they seem to be positive. They seem to be able to brush it off. And it's because whether by design or it's the way they're born, they are naturally focusing on positive energy. So whatever you want, love, happiness, forgiveness, joy, whatever the opposite of your experience right now, you have to start inputting it into your mind. If you're not doing this, it's not going to happen. And so many of us get stuck on what's right, what do people deserve, what's fair, what's happened to me. And if you want to live in that life, then your situation will stay as it is. But if you want to shift, if you want to have a different experience, you have to start thinking in a different way. You got to stop thinking that there is a purpose to things that happen, that there is meaning that things happen because of this, that this person deserves this, or this happens to these type of people, you have to stop thinking that way. You have to decide what you are. I believe that you are an observer and a creator who creates what it is that you observe. And the thing you observe most is what's in your mind. That is the highest value thing you observe. And so if you want your power back, take your power back, you cannot be victim to anything. Nothing in your life can have control over you. When you get to that point, then you get full control. You get that ability, you get that power. So let's raise our perspective. That's what a positive mindset is, right? A positive mindset is someone that's not happy all the time. A positive mindset is someone whose perspective is so high that no matter what happens, they find the positive energies from it. And they're able to pull that within them, focus on that, and move forward through the difficulty. This life is supposed to have difficulty because we're here to grow. Tension is where growth happens. Difficulty is where growth happens. Adversity is where growth happens. But the growth is your mindset, is your internal state. Everything in life is a chance for internal work. No matter what you're going through, that's what life is providing you. That's why everything happens for you. It doesn't happen for you to receive something positive on the other end, meaning this bad thing happened. And so if something good must be on the other end, that's not it. Everything happens for you because it's tension that gives you the opportunity to practice remaining in love, light, and forgiveness during it. Because that's the hard work. It's hard to practice love when life isn't loving you. It's hard to practice forgiveness when life isn't forgiving you. It's hard to practice patience when life is not giving you any patience, but that's the growth. If you're right within, the external world doesn't matter. It doesn't matter how much money you have, it doesn't matter your house, your car, your health, none of those things matter because your energy is right within. That's where you have to get. So if you're struggling, know that it is you that is deciding to feel this way. Because you're giving the power to the situation, take the power back, become solely committed to controlling the thoughts in your mind, and you will see the world start to change around you. The world's not actually changing. It's just your perception of the world changes because everything is existing all at once. Your path forward, that's full of light, love, and happiness exists right now. It's not in the future. It's not after you go through this thing. It's not after you make it through this difficult situation. It exists now. It's just waiting on you to change your perspective to level up your frequency so that you can see it. Your frequency is what you frequently see. So if you're seeing the pain, the hurt, the trauma, everything around you, that's the energy you're in. If you start seeing the love, the light, the forgiveness, the patience, the hope, then that's the frequency you'll be in. You have the power. You have to accept it. It's not the world, it's not economy, it's not politics, it's not where you came from. None of those things matter because you are an energetic being having a moment of human experience. This experience is not everything. It's just one exercise and opportunity for you to grow, for you to learn to love, for you to learn to forgive, for you to expand your energy.
