My name is Henry and in this episode, we're going to talk about how to experience positive energy. If you want to feel good and live life and that love energy, this is going to be the episode for you because we're going to talk about how to shift from your current experience and change into someone with a positive mindset that can feel the good and experience the good in their life. But before we get started, we're going to take a few moments to slow down. Zero in. We're going to take some deep healing meditative breaths to help us align on the frequency that we want in our lives. So you can pick a word. It can be love, joy, happiness, abundance, whatever frequency you want. And we're going to take a deep breath in. And as you're breathing in, you're going to say that word over and over and over again. Really charge yourself up with that energy. And then as you're holding your breath, visualize yourself doing something in that frequency. And once you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. But we're going to take another deep breath. This one is about alignment, about getting ourselves in receiving mode so that we can receive the message that we need to hear to get us in that positive frequency. So just imagine that you are surrounded by the most positive uplifting energy that's meant specifically for you. It can have a certain color, a certain taste, a certain smell, however you imagine it. And when you breathe in and it's going to charge you up, it's going to break down the negativity, the blocks, the weight, everything that's just been holding you back and went to exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in. And out. So how do you create a positive life? How do you make an experience when you're struggling, when you're hurting, when you're going through tough times that you dream of that you love? I think there's something that we look to and then there's something that we can actually do to experience the change. Many of us see the world, see your life, see the things that we're going through, the problems, the hurt, all the things. And we look to solving them or when we get past them or completing them to make us feel good. Maybe you're having a tough time in school and you're like, well, when I get done with school, things will be better. Maybe you're having a tough time with your job and you're thinking, when I get this promotion, when I get this raise, when I get this next job, when I get out of here, things will be better. Maybe you're around certain people and you believe once you get away from those people, things will be better. And not to say that it won't. Of course, there are things that you can do in the physical world that can make your life better, that can impact it in a positive way, whether it's financial energetically, like the people you're around or just overall experience. But here's the thing, you are more powerful than needing something external to make an internal thing okay. You see, if you're hurting, if you're going through pain, your internal state is what you should be focusing on. You are so powerful that you could go through any situation and find the love, find the healing, find the growth in it, because you are more than just the you that you think you are. Like, I am not just Henry, I am a energy having a Henry experience. You are not just you, you're an energy having a you experience. Everything is here to serve you for your internal growth. Everything that you go through, all the pain, all the hurt, all the trauma is for you. It doesn't mean it's not happening to you in a sense that you're feeling the pain or that you're a victim of something. It's just you're more than any situation that could exist. You are the observer of this experience. And when you start taking that perspective of, well, I'm here to observe what good can I observe in this situation? And no matter what it is, there is something good. Some of the worst things in the world, there's still a positive if you go long enough down the timeline, if you go far enough away, zooming further enough back, there's something you can find that's good. And the better you get at finding the positive, the love in a situation, the more you'll feel it within you. You see, the world is not as it is. It is as you are. And so if you're going through a tough time and you're okay within, you will be at peace. If you're going through a good time, but you're not okay within, then you will be missing the peace. You see, the internal state is the ultimate thing that matters, your heart, your energy, your soul, your spirit, whatever that means to you, that should always be your number one priority. But the thing that influences our internal state the most is our self-talk, our self-reflection, and of course, the perspective that we view the world in. And your self-talk dictates usually your perspective. If you are saying negative things in your mind, even if they're true, that energy is within you. If everything exists at once, which it does, there's somebody having the experience that you desire right now, there's somebody that has the money you desire right now, there's somebody that has the car, the house, whatever it is, it exists in someone's possession. So if everything is available to you now, even if you don't see it, that means every energy is available to you now. It's just the perspective that you choose to receive it in. It's the perspective that you choose to perceive it in that matters. So if you're in a tough situation, stop saying, I will be happy when, even if it will make your life better, change it to, I am happy now. I am a powerful observer. I am here for a reason. I am here for value. I am here to make the world a better place. And my previous experience up into this point has been giving me examples of things that are negative energy that I no longer want to resonate with. I'm going to work my way through it. And then I'm going to be able to give that version of me to the world, and that's the gift. When you have a positive perspective, you can see everything as a gift. Because if something hard happens to you, whether it's pain, trauma, whatever it is, if that happens to you, and then you take that high perspective of somebody that's here for a reason, somebody that's here to heal, somebody that's here to grow, somebody that's here to offer that to others, then you work your way through your experience. However long it takes, it's a day, a year, two years, 10 years, whatever it takes, when you work your way through it, and you come on the other side, you are able to live as an example of a healed version of somebody that went through this. And there are other people that are going to find themselves in similar situations. And who are they going to look for? Who are they going to dream for? It's you, somebody like you, to be in their life, to show them that you can make it through. It doesn't mean you have to start a podcast. It doesn't mean you have to be on social media. It doesn't mean you have to be an entertainer or any of those things. It could just be the people around you, the people that you work with, the people that you go to school with, you can be a positive influence wherever you go. That makes everything a gift. When you can start changing your mindset to, this is a gift. It doesn't feel good right now, but it's a gift. I am here to grow. I am so powerful that I raised my hand for this difficult situation, because I know that I am powerful enough to work my way through it, to grow, to bring love into it so I can truly understand the form of love that's needed in this type of pain. And then I'm going to give it to the world. You get to the side, yourself talk. You get to decide the narrator that's in your mind. You are an observer and a creator. You will create more of what you observe. So if you want to change what you're creating, then you need to change the thoughts that you're observing in your mind. It's that simple. You are more than your experience. You are more than your bank account. You are more than your physical appearance. You are more than your status, your job, your title, all of those things. You are an energetic being that is having experience to grow. You will continue energy cannot be destroyed. I don't know if you'll continue as you. If you go back to a group consciousness, I'm not sure what that is. I just know that you are powerful. And the mind is an excellent place to input positive energy, because that's where you observe. You observe your thoughts. You are not them. You observe your experience. You are not it. You observe your surroundings. You are not it. You observe your job, your status, your title, all of those things are things you observe. You are not them. Give yourself that power. Let yourself free. Expand into the powerfulness of you. That's what's waiting for you. That is what you're capable of. You are meant to be more. That's why you're still listening. I've said it before on episodes like this.
